Ergonomic Assessment

An ergonomic assessment is evaluation of an individual’s job site and/or workstation to identify critical physical demands required of the worker to perform their daily job tasks. An ergonomic evaluation is used to make sure that the workstation properly fits the worker so that these tasks may be done safely with less physical stress.

The evaluation follows with a comprehensive report with any recommendations that would benefit the employee. We also will educate the employee on postural corrections and any stretches/exercises that may be appropriate. The goal of an ergonomic assessment is to reduce symptoms, lost time from work, and further medical intervention.
